Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rebranding by Travix Lab (the "Service"), operated by Travix Lab ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service lets registered travel agencies upload supplier flight e-tickets and hotel confirmation PDFs and generate re-branded PDF copies carrying the agency's own logo, colors, and contact details. Document extraction is performed automatically and may require manual review; you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every generated document before delivering it to a customer.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate travel business.
  • One account represents one agency. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@travixlab.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You must provide accurate agency information (name, address, contact details, IATA/CAAB numbers where applicable).

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create, alter, or distribute fraudulent, forged, or misleading travel documents;
  • Misrepresent bookings that do not exist, or alter fares, dates, passenger names, or booking references with intent to deceive any customer, airline, hotel, or authority;
  • Violate any applicable law, IATA/CAAB regulation, or supplier agreement;
  • Upload content you do not have the right to process;
  • Resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, or circumvent usage limits;
  • Share one subscription across multiple agencies or businesses.

Important: the Service is a presentation/branding tool only. Rebranded documents must always reflect the true, unaltered details of the underlying booking. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in document fraud without refund and may report such activity to relevant authorities.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  • Access to PDF download features requires an active paid plan (monthly or yearly).
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or SSLCommerz. We do not store card details.
  • Plans are prepaid, fixed-term and non-recurring — we do not auto-charge you. When a plan expires, downloads pause until you renew; your data is preserved.
  • Each plan includes fair-use limits (daily and monthly rebrand caps) as described on the pricing page.
  • Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and privacy

You retain all rights to documents you upload and to your agency branding. You grant us a limited license to process uploaded documents solely to provide the Service. Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory and are not retained after your branded copy is generated. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and templates, is owned by Travix Lab and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your agency's internal business purposes while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that reduce core functionality during a paid period.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automated extraction may contain errors; you are solely responsible for reviewing generated documents. We are not a party to any transaction between you and your customers, airlines, hotels, or suppliers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travix Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travix Lab from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your generated documents, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. Sections 6–11 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
