Refund Policy

1. How our billing works
Rebranding by Travix Lab sells prepaid, fixed-term subscriptions (monthly or yearly). There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge — your plan simply expires at the end of the period unless you choose to renew. Because of this, "cancellation" never results in a surprise charge: just let your plan lapse.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If the Service does not work for your agency, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10 rebrands in that period. This applies to your first purchase of each plan type.
3. Refunds outside the guarantee window
After 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will always issue a full or pro-rated refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same plan period (duplicate payment);
- A payment succeeded but your subscription was never activated and we cannot fix it within 48 hours;
- A verified, extended Service outage prevented you from using the core rebranding features for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period.
4. What is not refundable
- Periods already consumed (e.g. requesting a refund in month 10 of a yearly plan because you no longer need the Service);
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (including document fraud or abuse);
- Dissatisfaction with extraction accuracy on a specific document where the review editor allowed manual correction;
- Charges older than 90 days.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@travixlab.com from your account email with the subject "Refund request", including your transaction ID (visible in your profile's billing history) and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the gateway you paid with (Stripe, PayPal, or SSLCommerz). Depending on the gateway and your bank, funds typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the currency and amount of the original charge; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or bank fees.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — almost every billing issue can be resolved faster through support. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
